This is by far the best hotel my wife and I have stayed in during our trips to London! A big thank you to Mr. Mina, one of the managers at the hotel, who recommended it to us — we really appreciated it , he is an amazing guy, and we truly trust him. The rooms were beautiful, the décor was lovely, and the service was excellent. Everyone was super friendly, from reception and concierge to the breakfast team. And the spa was absolutely perfect Housekeeping was great too — they cleaned our room twice a day! It’s a cozy, quiet, and chic hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay effortless. The room was thoughtfully child-proofed, and every measure was taken to ensure our comfort and peace of mind as parents. What truly set this experience apart was the consistency of outstanding service across the entire hotel. From the bell boys and reception team to housekeeping and the wonderful staff at the Atrium where breakfast was served, everyone went out of their way to make us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Staying during Christmas made the experience even more special. We were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful Christmas presents for us and for our daughter — gifts she absolutely loved and still talks about. It was such a heartfelt touch that made the holiday feel even more magical. And the Christmas chocolates prepared by the chef were, quite simply, chef’s kiss — beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. Despite the festive season, the service never felt disrupted or rushed. Everything ran smoothly and seamlessly, maintaining the highest standards throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mandarin Oriental Mayfair to anyone traveling with a young child, or anyone seeking refined luxury paired with genuinely thoughtful hospitality. Fantastic stay with my partner. We particularly appreciated the location and the breakfast where food was excellent and service adorable. I had the opportunity to try the bar and they make fantastic cocktails, very nice concept and views. We met the hotel manager Mr. Helmut at our check in, a nice and professional gentleman. Had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The new Christmas menu was a true delight — beautifully crafted and full of flavour — and the service was outstanding throughout. Even in classic London weather, we felt completely taken care of, receiving a lovely umbrella and warm tea that made the day feel extra special. The bar impressed us with excellent (and wonderfully strong!) drinks, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. The 25-meter pool was incredible for a proper swim. A remarkable stay I can highly recommend.

The atmosphere is fantastic relaxed yet refined with beautiful views that make it such a special spot to sit and unwind. I stopped by for a coffee, which was excellent, and the whole experience felt effortlessly elegant. I got the wonderful opportunity to have dinner there few days ago at Atrium restaurant, and I am still in awe with how everything went. It was a special dinner for me and it exceeded my expectations. The high quality and the research of the ingredients can be perceived in every dish! Not to mention the amazing service and the passion that Tom shared with us that made us feel more than welcome!
